General Manager - Business Development

Are you a commercially driven engineering with a proven track record of winning business and growing international markets?

We''re looking for a General Manager to drive the global growth of a specialist engineering manufacturer supplying high-performance valve solutions into the oil & gas, hydrogen and carbon capture sectors.

This is a business development-led position focused on expanding global sales, developing new markets and strengthening distributor and end-user relationships. You''ll identify and convert major project opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and play a key role in growing revenue and profitability across international territories.

• Strong business development experience within the valve, flow control or wider engineering sector.
• Technical understanding of industrial valves and associated products.
• Knowledge of the hydrogen and carbon capture markets is highly desirable.
• Experience managing international distributors and developing global accounts.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
