Key Responsibilities:* Drive next-gen customer engagement strategies using Braze* Work with cutting-edge CEP, CDP, and multi-channel marketing tech* Deliver high-impact life cycle programs at scale- Develop, execute, and optimise Braze campaigns, Canvases, and segmentation.- Implement advanced Liquid Scripting for personalisation.- Integrate Braze with internal/external systems using APIs and Webhooks.- Collaborate with engineering teams on SDK implementation across Android/iOS/Web.- Define event-based triggers and data flows in collaboration with CDP teams.- Build multi-channel user journeys (Push, Email, In-app, SMS).- Monitor, analyse, and improve campaign performance.- Ensure high-quality HTML/CSS email builds and deliverability best practices.- Partner with marketing and product teams to define engagement strategy.- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to compliance and GDPR.Key Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Braze (Canvas, Campaigns, Segmentation, Liquid Scripting)- Expertise in customer engagement platforms and life cycle marketing- Proficiency ..... full job details .....
