in London, United Kingdom.We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our Business Support team for a year-long maternity cover. You’ll provide PA support to four Partners, manage their schedules, drive key initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while delivering support across the wider Consulting and Business Support teams.Hybrid working: in-office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week (exact time and location may vary by role or assignment).Key Responsibilities
PA support to at least four Partners
including: diary management and travel/accommodation support with complex scheduling; inbox management and gatekeeping; supporting client-facing propositions and initiatives led by the Partners; arranging internal meetings, promoting external client events, preparing documents, actioning and following up; submitting Partner expenses promptly and in compliance with policy.General support, system administration and ad-hoc tasks
including administration for performance reviews, onboarding/offboarding of colleagues and events; processing purchase orders; organizing client value reviews; ISO audit support; providing ad-hoc cover for the Business Support team; and general support to the wider consulting team.Qualifications
‘A’ level educated standard or equivalentAt least 2 years of administration experience (bonus if within a consultancy environment)Secretarial experience in a large organisationExperienced user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelProactive with a commitment to quality and accuracy, attention to detailRelationship builder with strong networking abilitiesClear written and verbal communicator and good listenerProven planning and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlinesProactive self-starter with ability to prioritise and multi-taskStrong team player with flexible and collaborative approachSmartly presented, confident and assertiveBenefits and Diversity
