This role is pivotal in ensuring production is efficient, cost-effective, and meets the highest quality standards, with a strong focus on metallics and aerospace manufacturing requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, refine, and implement robust manufacturing processes aligned with engineering specifications, industry regulations, and customer requirements.Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to optimise metallics manufacturing techniques, including layup, curing, machining, and bonding.Design and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support efficient, high-quality production.Conduct trials and validate new processes to ensure performance, cost, and quality objectives are achieved.Diagnose and resolve complex issues relating to materials, processes, and equipment.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and elevate product quality.Partner with quality assurance teams to ensure full compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other aerospace standards.Produce and maintain accurate ..... full job details .....
