Starting at £25,000–£28,000 (based on location). Potential for significant growth.Responsibilities

Understanding the types of roles available to a Business Graduate:Business Analyst (BA):

Investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Consider people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.Project Manager (PM):

Support planning, execution and monitoring of projects to deliver on time and within budget. Assist in task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement.Project Management Officer (PMO):

Establish and maintain project management standards, ensure timely delivery, scope/quality adherence and budget control while minimising risks. Oversee governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management.Product Manager:

Define product vision, create roadmaps, prioritise features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensure quality and functionality that resonates with key stakeholders.What makes a great Grayce Analyst:

2:1 Undergraduate Degree; Analytical problem solving; Soft skills including communication, planning, organisation and a learning mindset; stakeholder and time management are core skills used daily.Delivery:

Work with one client, delivering high quality outcomes during your Grayce tenure, before transitioning to work directly for them. Requires curiosity, proactivity, adaptability and problem solving.Mentoring:

Guidance from Delivery Managers and Technical Trainers for support and insights.Progression and Qualifications
