As Learning and Participation Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering the organisation''s work with schools, community groups, young musicians and composers, and adult public participants. You will have significant creative freedom to design projects that help people explore new music in meaningful, accessible and exciting ways. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Artistic Director and colleagues, you''ll ensure the programme aligns with our mission, business priorities and funding relationships, reaching the places and communities where we can make the greatest impact.
