We re hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering new features and improving an established product. Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager, you will monitor systems to identify performance issues whilst resolving incidents with agreed service levels. The role will be that of a hybrid role, consisting of first, second, and third line support. The Infrastructure Engineer will be carrying out a variety of activities and gain exposure to working on a variety of projects both internally and externally. You will be exposed to several cloud-based technologies and will include some DevOps related functions.
