The Role As Finance Assistant, you will provide effective day-to-day support with the school''s financial administration. You will work closely with colleagues across the school to ensure financial records are accurate, processes are followed and payments and transactions are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities Processing invoices, purchase orders and payments Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets Assisting with monitoring budgets and expenditure Reconciling accounts and financial transactions Supporting the preparation of financial reports Dealing with finance-related queries from staff and suppliers Assisting with banking, income and other routine financial administration Ensuring financial procedures and school policies are followed Providing general administrative support to the school finance function About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in a finance or administrative role Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident working with figures and financial information Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ..... full job details .....
