Head chef required for a fresh food brunch style establishment serving sandwiches, breakfast items and lunches, 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm, 40 hours, single shifts only. Hackney areaThe role As a head chef you will work under the group Exec chef to run the day to day of this kitchen. You will train the chefs in the kitchen, ensure the wellbeing of the other chefs is being looked after and the culture of a safe and supportive environment is within the kitchen. You will ensure the prep is done and the prep lists are written, you will train new starters, ensure each area is ready and ensure a smooth service. It is all day dining with a all day menu.
