Assistant Management Accountant 

Manufacturing 

Role:

• Assist with monthly management accounts preparation.
• Monitor and analyse production, labor, and overhead costs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Prepare cost reports and KPI analysis for factory operations.
• Assist with stock valuation and inventory reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Work closely with production and operations teams to improve cost control.
• Assist with audits and ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements: 

• Part-qualified or studying towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in accounting, preferably within manufacturing
