Executive Assistant to 3 Area Vice Presidents - AVP''s (French speaker required)

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive PA support to three senior sales leaders located across Europe (France, Switzerland, and Germany).Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Proactively manage and maintain the VPs of Sales'' complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel. Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts.Communication: Prepare communications for both internal and external audiences.Meeting Support: Assist in the set-up of sales meetings and other events, including creating agendas, preparing materials, and managing follow-up activities.Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the VPs of Sales.Data and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.Expense Management: Process and submit expense reports for the VPs of Sales in a timely and accurate manner.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior-level executives in a sales or fast-paced corporate environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Fluency in French and English is essential. An additional EU language would be an advantage (ideally German or Italian).Proficient in using Mac and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).High proficiency in virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams, and collaboration tools such as Slack.High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.Experience in a sales environment and an understanding of sales processes is a significant advantage.Based in Paris or London with travel to the office 2 days per week required; supporting three VPs located across Europe (France, Switzerland, Germany).About Anaplan and our culture
