You will support the Resourcing Manager in delivering end-to-end recruitment across Property, Central Services, Customer Services and Development.This is a varied and fast-paced role where you''ll manage daily recruitment activity, improve adverts, and use your creativity to attract candidates through campaigns, job fairs and innovative sourcing approaches. You''ll think outside the box to attract talent, whilst working collaboratively with internal teams to support social value and build strong relationships across the business. You''ll also play a key role in sourcing direct hires and reducing reliance on agencies through innovative attraction strategies.
