The Role You will manage a busy caseload of primarily Legal Aid family matters, providing clear, empathetic advice and robust representation in sensitive situations. You will work alongside experienced family practitioners and benefit from excellent administrative support. Key Responsibilities Handling a varied caseload with a strong focus on Legal Aid, including: Public Law proceedings Care proceedings Child protection matters Domestic abuse cases (including urgent applications for protective orders) Private children matters and some ancillary work Completing Legal Aid applications, funding forms and ensuring compliance.
