We are looking for a Painter and Decorator who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Painter and Decorator, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Painter and Decorator, will be responsible for: Carry out painting and decorating tasks across various client sites to a high standard Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and client expectations Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works Record accurate maintenance data, including materials used and time taken Identify and report defects, vulnerabilities, and scope issues to improve service delivery To be successful for this Painter and Decorator role you must have: Experience in facilities management, construction, or building maintenance environments Relevant qualification (City and Guilds Level 2/3) in Painting and Decorating or similar trade Proven ability to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Painter and Decorator role, and you are ..... full job details .....
