The Risk and Assurance team is responsible for risk management, insurance and internal audit. As Risk Manager you''ll lead risk management activities across the Trust, analysing data to identify key trends and emerging risks. The role reports to the Senior Risk and Insurance Manager and supports the development and embedding of our risk framework, alongside producing high quality reports that inform senior leaders and Trustees. Drawing on your expertise, you''ll influence strategic decisions and advise teams on effective risk mitigation while championing continuous improvement and best practice. As this is a national role, there is flexibility on your contractual place of work. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We''ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40-60% of your working week.
