CNC Setter / Operator (Night Shift)

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Setter / Operator to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Havant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist looking to work with advanced Citizen CNC machines in a modern manufacturing environment.

• Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machines
• Producing high-quality precision components
• Making tool offsets and tool changes
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Carrying out quality inspections using measuring equipment
• Maintaining production efficiency and quality standards

• Citizen MIYANO BNE-65MYY Multi-Axis Turning Centre
• Citizen M532 VIII LFV Sliding Head CNC Machine

Full training will be provided on the specific machines.

• Previous CNC Setter / Operator experience
• Experience with CNC turning, lathes, or sliding head machines
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers and verniers
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience with Citizen machinery
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Multi-axis machining experience
• Precision engineering background
