Grounds Maintenance Driver

-14.85 - -15.50 per hour depending on experience

Location: Crystal Palace, South London

Hours: 7am to 3.30pm (40 hours per week)

Our horticultural client provides a full range of grounds maintenance services to the public and private sector. They are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Driver-to ensure their grounds maintenance service is continuously improved and contract specifications are met.

The Grounds Maintenance Driver-will help deliver GM services safely and effectively in accordance with Health and Safety best practice. Previous experience is essential as is a full, manual driving licence. This is a full time, permanent, physically demanding role.

Tasks:

• Undertake GM and gardening duties such as grass and hedge cutting, basic flowerbed maintenance and cleansing.
• Driving a 3.5tn company vehicle,- transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all sites are left in a clean and tidy state.
• Reporting any damage or vandalism.
• Basic maintenance of tools and machinery, reporting any defects.
