HR Manager South East London (Office-Based) £45,000 - £50,000 pro rata DOE Flexible Working - Full Time or 4 Days (School Hours Considered)A growing and dynamic construction business based in South East London is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you can make a genuine impact and shape HR processes as the company continues to expand.The Role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the business. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic input and operational delivery.Key Responsibilities:Managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboardingLeading on all HR compliance, ensuring adherence to current UK employment legislation and best practiceManaging and advising on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and absence managementOverseeing TUPE processes and ensuring smooth transitions in line with legal requirementsMaintaining and updating HR policies and proceduresSupporting managers with HR advice and guidance across all areasManaging payroll liaison, benefits administration and HR recordsEnsuring GDPR compliance within HR practicesDriving engagement initiatives and supporting a positive workplace cultureProducing HR reports and supporting business decision ..... full job details .....
