OverviewLead Driver / Team Leader role at Sciensus in Peterborough, opening a new hub. You will oversee a small team of drivers, support shifts, and deliver vital medication while helping to develop leadership skills and improve patient experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support a team of drivers at the start or end of shifts and ensure routes are completed safely.

Log anomalies or defects and support the manager with audits and compliance checks.

Deliver medication as part of the route when required.

Develop leadership and mentoring capabilities within the logistics environment.

Maintain high standards of customer service and follow established processes to protect patient experience.

Requirements

Multi-drop experience and ability to lead a team.

Reliable and able to follow set processes while delivering excellent customer service to patients and customers.

Valid manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

What we offer

Working 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 6, with shifts starting from 5am.

Salary:

£32,840.56
