The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of HR to lead the development of the firm''s people strategy, culture and organisational development agenda. Key responsibilities will include: Set the strategic direction for the people function, working closely with the leadership team to anticipate future workforce requirements, organisational needs and leadership succession Translate workforce data and people metrics into practical insight to support business planning and talent-related decisions Act as a trusted adviser to Partners and senior managers on employee performance, career development and a broad range of people-related matters Partner with the business through periods of organisational development, transformation and expansion, ensuring people considerations are embedded into wider business plans Own key talent pipelines, including experienced hire recruitment, early careers programmes and longer-term succession strategies Build leadership capability while promoting a positive employee experience, strong engagement and a ..... full job details .....
