OverviewWe are recruiting for an MandE Asset Surveyor / Building Services Engineer to work within the London area, as part of a wider national team, for the internal function of a global building services consultancy. The client themselves is responsible for providing internal resource on a range of both public and private sector projects across a range of industries such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.

Responsibilities

Be involved in asset registers, asset verification, identifying condition of plant and compliance audits.

Deliver MandE Condition Surveys across a range of industries and environments, both in the public and private sector.

Log, tag and create condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets within a variety of environments.

Work as part of a team to learn to perform surveys; communicate effectively.

Support the asset management portfolio as it grows.

Qualifications

Recent graduate of an engineering course (mechanical or electrical).

Qualified within the building services sector either mechanically or electrically; prepared to become self-sufficient and comfortable managing your own workload.

Ability to communicate effectively and be prepared to learn to perform surveys as part of a team.
