We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Payroll Administrator (Part-Time) to work alongside the Payroll Manager, you will need to be able to multitask and prioritise appropriately all the while maintaining their excellent customer service skills. You should have previous payroll processing experience.THE ROLE: Payroll Administrator responsibilities which include general payroll duties but not limited to:Preparing weekly, four weekly, monthly and annual payrollsProviding support for our clients'' auto-enrolment and re-enrolment obligationsSupporting our clients with statutory payments, holiday accrual calculations, AEOs and general payroll related enquiriesMaintaining employees'' personal records and implementing tax code changesMaintaining oversight of our clients'' PAYE accounts.The ideal candidate will need to be well organised, able to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise work accordingly. Candidates must be flexible with a collaborative approach, willing to provide support to other departments in the business if required. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
