Legal Administrator

Overview
Part time - 15 hours per week. The Legal Administrator position is a key support role in a small but busy legal department. In this role you will contribute to a comprehensive and flexible administrative support service.Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including dealing with mail, telephone calls, e-mail enquiries, receiving occasional visitors, ordering stationery, and maintaining databases.Prepare and photocopy legal bundles, type letters and produce other ad hoc documents in support of our legal teams.Support the Legal Assistant in providing a range of administrative functions.Requirements / Qualifications
Good literacy and numeric skills with the ability to produce accurate and precise work.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work to tight deadlines, and handle diverse information.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe.Essential: ability to type.Hours
15 hours per week, e.g. 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday, am only.Benefits
