This is a varied and fast-paced generalist HR role with a significant focus on employee relations, supporting managers across multiple sites and functions. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance while managing a large and varied ER caseload. This position would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple complex cases simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations Lead and manage a high-volume ER caseload covering disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management, capability, and conduct matters. Provide expert employment law and HR policy advice to managers and employees. Support managers through the full employee relations process, including investigations, hearings and appeals. Ensure all cases are managed consistently, fairly and in line with current legislation and best practice. Maintain accurate records and case documentation using HR case management systems. Balance coaching, influencing and challenging managers to achieve positive employee relations outcomes.
