Quantity Surveyor Small Works Division Location: Bolton (Projects across the North West) The Company Our client is a well-established contractor with a strong presence across the North West, delivering maintenance, small works and painting contracts predominantly for Housing Association clients. The Small Works Division generates approximately £10 million turnover and delivers projects typically valued below £500,000. The division holds several secure, long-term contracts, with their largest running until 2028, providing excellent stability and continuity of work. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Bolton office. The Role The Quantity Surveyor will support the Small Works and Painting Division, managing multiple projects across the North West. Working closely with Contracts and Project Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring commercial success while maintaining strong relationships with housing association clients and supply chain partners.
