You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative finance team, working closely with commercial stakeholders to provide insight, challenge, and financial expertise that drives performance. The business offers a hybrid working culture, with flexibility to discuss the set-up that works best for you.
 
What you''ll be doing:

- Partnering with Sales and Marketing to support budgeting, forecasting, commercial proposals and marketing ROI analysis
- Preparing commercial reports and insightful commentary for both internal teams and the parent group
- Supporting wider finance activity, including reporting, financial controls, and contributing to a collaborative team environment

 
What we’re looking for:

- A qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, analytical approach
- Previous experience working in a business partnering role, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business
