This role is pivotal in building relationships with decision-makers to secure apprenticeship opportunities and enhance workforce development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting activities with employers to initiate conversations. Manage a pipeline of prospective employers based on coaching programs and industry needs. Facilitate discussions on digital transformation and workforce development planning. Secure commitments from employers for apprenticeship delivery and other coaching programs. Enhance the reputation as a leading training provider for tech and digital apprenticeships. Attend networking events to generate leads and foster employer relationships. Account manage allocated employers and support the learner journey. Identify strategies for revenue growth and future opportunities. Experience Requirements: Background in the apprenticeship or skills sector. History of successful business development and sales. Experience in engaging with various stakeholders.
