What''s the role?To deliver support to the Transformer Engineering Department, to meet forecasted delivery of Transformers and Engineering Department Objectives.Key Responsibilities: Produce Mechanical Designs of Transformers and Reactors for up to 132kV Transformers as per Scope of Work. Prepare manufacturing and customer drawings under the direction of Senior Engineer/Engineering Manager to Scope of work. Produce Transformer assembly, General assembly drawings. Support IT department to keep existing and future CAD systems up to date. Working with the customer and the wider Engineering team to achieve the required specifications. What we''re looking for: An accredited Bachelors or honours degree in engineering or technology Autodesk inventor / AutoCAD 2D A Higher National Diploma or a Foundation Degree in engineering or technology, plus appropriate further learning to degree level.
