Site Manager for Main Contractor

Full Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced-Site Manager-with a proven background in delivering high-quality-new build, residential and refurbishment projects-across London and the South East.

You will lead site teams to deliver schemes to exceptional standards of quality, safety and programme performance, and drive day-to-day delivery from mobilization through to completion.
About the Role

• Manage on-site construction activities across residential and refurbishment projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives to maintain programme and quality
• Ensure compliance with H&S standards and project specifications
• Chair site meetings and provide regular updates to the senior team

Candidate Requirements

• Strong site management experience on residential new-build and refurbishment programmes
• Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to budget
