HR Business Partner - Employee Relations Birmingham - Office Based 45K to 50K Full Time, Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Birmingham. This is a hands-on HR role with a strong focus on Employee Relations, supporting the business across a broad range of HR activity. You will work closely with managers, employees and trade unions, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice across a fast-paced operational environment.
