1st Line IT Support Technician Location: Broxbourne (Fully Office-Based) Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 per annum Hours: Monday to FridayA growing IT services provider is seeking a proactive and customer-focused 1st Line IT Support Technician to join their dedicated team based in Broxbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and problem-solving to build their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.Working as part of a busy service desk, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for multiple clients, handling technical queries and issues via a ticketing system.
