SEN Recruitment Consultant – Lichfield Office

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic SEN Recruitment Consultant to join our Lichfield team. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with schools and education professionals, supporting them in finding the right opportunities and talent. This is a fantastic chance to work in a friendly, supportive office where your hard work truly pays off.

What You’ll Do

-Develop and manage relationships with schools and SEN settings across the region.

-Source, screen, and interview candidates, matching them to suitable roles.

-Proactively build your candidate and client network.

-Deliver excellent customer service to both schools and candidates.

-Work towards targets and celebrate your successes as part of a motivated team.

What We’re Looking For

-Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided.

-A genuine passion for supporting SEN and education.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

-A proactive, resilient, and ambitious attitude.

-Ability to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment.
