This is primarily a parent and carer-focused position, supporting families of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and provide practical advice and support across areas including Education, Health, Care and Benefits. The role has a strong focus on casework, reporting and recording, so you must be organised, confident maintaining accurate records and able to work towards agreed outcomes with families. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will: Ideally hold a Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification, or above. Have experience working within Early Years, Childcare, Family Support or a related setting. Have experience supporting parents/carers and families of children with SEND. Understand child development and the needs of children with SEND. Have knowledge of Education, Health and Care support available to families. Have experience managing an individual caseload.
