IT Support Technician
Robert Half are representing one of our clients looking for a friendly, proactive IT Support Analyst who enjoys helping people and is keen to develop their IT skills. You''ll provide day-to-day technical support across the business, resolving common IT issues and ensuring colleagues have the technology they need to work effectively. The ideal candidate can explain technical concepts in a clear, simple way to users of all technical abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesUser SupportProvide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users.Diagnose and resolve everyday hardware and software issues.Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.Provide support in person, over the phone and remotely.Set up new users, laptops and other IT equipment.Assist with password resets and user account administration.Escalate more complex issues when required.Skills andamp; ExperienceEssentialPrevious experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role.Good working knowledge of Windows operating systems.Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).Basic experience with Active Directory or user account administration.Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
