My client is a leading global organisational consulting business with an expanding executive search practice in London.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of Board, CEO and C-suite searches, working closely with a Managing Partner.

Identify, engage and assess potential candidates; prepare reports; manage client and candidate interactions.

Support business development activities, pitch work and events.

Qualifications

Retained executive search background with demonstrable experience operating at Board and/or CEO level.

Desirable experience across Infrastructure, Services or Sports; exposure to manufacturing, automotive and aerospace is beneficial.
