Change andamp; Transformation Lead - Organisational Change London | Global Scope - Outside A leading global professional services firm is undergoing a major transformation, including the outsourcing of its IT function to enhance agility, efficiency, and service delivery. We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to manage the organisational change associated with this complex outsourcing initiative. Applicants must have prior experience leading or supporting organisational change for IT outsourcing or shared services transitions. Key responsibilities: Develop and drive the organisational change strategy for a firm-wide IT outsourcing programme Partner with Technology andamp; Data leaders and senior stakeholders to shape and execute the transition roadmap Anticipate and manage risks, ensuring operational stability and service continuity Align global and regional plans to meet both local and firm-wide needs Engage impacted teams through clear, consistent communication and change interventions Monitor delivery progress and benefits realisation to ensure long-term transformation success Required experience and skills: Demonstrable experience leading organisational change for IT outsourcing or shared services programmes Expertise in change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation Strong understanding of IT operating models, service delivery, and vendor transition challenges Excellent communication skills; able to influence senior ..... full job details .....
