Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the bakery team. Oversee daily production to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. Plan production schedules to meet customer demand. Maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and minimise waste. Ensure equipment is used safely and maintained correctly. Support training and development of team members. Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement. What We''re Looking For Previous experience in a senior baking or bakery management role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of artisan bread production and baking techniques. Understanding of food safety and HACCP procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
