Copello have partnered with an established Air Traffic Management business based in Hampshire, in the recruitment of a Verification and Validation Manager. This role has a home base in Fareham but offers flexible working. There will be travel to various MOD sites required on a business requirements basis. Role Responsibilities: Ensuring products adhere products adhere to the highest quality. Team leadership of 2 VandV Engineers. Responsible for training and mentoring of the VandV Engineers. Responsible for the preparation and delivery of test documentation for the integration of new or upgraded systems Produce engineering artefacts in accordance with the solutions engineer lifecycle Reviewing supplier test documentation to ensure delivered systems satisfies all requirements conduct and report on testing Lead test review activities Propose learning from experience and suggestions for continuous improvement for the solutions engineering department Essential Qualifications/Experience: Degree in Engineering discipline, equivalent relevant professional qualification Experience of testing in a regulated/safety environment Knowledge of Observation/Problem reporting and management Strong analytical and communication skills For more information, please get in touch with Ella on (phone number ..... full job details .....
