The Housing Support Worker will play an integral role in tackling homelessness in the area and will assist in providing an environment where people feel empowered and move forward with confidence, knowledge and support.Duties Include: Providing emotional and practical support to Clients Providing a safe and supportive environment for the Clients Empower and Support Young people to achieve independence Build positive and respectful relations with young people, colleagues and external agenciesMaintain a safe and risk free environment for the young people and champion the wellbeing of every client.
