Job Title: Cover Site Manager - New Build ResidentialLocation: Tattenhoe Park, Milton KeynesDay Rate: Dependent on Experience Duration: Temporary CoverAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cover Site Manager to oversee daily operations on a premier residential site in Tattenhoe Park, Milton Keynes.Working alongside a leading national housebuilder, you will maintain momentum across ongoing plots, ensuring safety, build quality, and program schedules are strictly met.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee site health and safety, enforcing compliance with company policies and UK regulations.Direct day-to-day activities of sub-contractors and site trades.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.Monitor progress against build schedules and report updates to the Project/Contracts Manager.RequirementsValid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Card (Black or Gold).Proven track record as a Site Manager within volume residential housebuilding.Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and timber frame / traditional construction practices.Immediate availability and ability to commute reliably to the site Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
