The roles purpose is to deliver complex, regulated procurement activities. You''ll support the appointment of a Design and Build Principal Contractor alongside multiple Construction Professional Services packages (e.g. programme/project management, technical assurance, cost/commercial support), working across multiple procurements running in parallel.This role operates via public sector frameworks (e.g. CCS / GCA) rather than open-market tenders, so experience in structured, compliant procurement environments is key.
