Lead Software Engineer - Active NPPV3, SC, Java, Oracle, AWS

Up to -550 per day (Inside IR35)

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Lead Software Engineer with Active NPPV3 and Active Security Clearance (SC), to join a business critical programme with an end client.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer
• Active NPPV3 and Active Security Clearance (SC)
• Proven experience in migration of legacy (Java) to modern versions (EE/EJB to Spring)
• Migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL, and from Data Centre to Cloud (AWS)
• Understanding of Java Standard Edition 8, Java Enterprise Edition 5, 6 and 11
• Demonstrable experience with PL/SQL development
• Some skills in GIS (JavaScript/OpenLayers, TileCache and MapServer)
• Experience in platforms / operating systems (Oracle Solis/Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8/Microsoft Windows 2k8,2k16,2k19)

Nice to have:

• Experience in IBM Initiate - Master Data Management, Nginx, Apache Tomcat, ETL
• Some experience with Cognitec FaceVACS, MiniO Operating systems and Virtualisation
• Immediate availability
