Housing Team Lead EACH Harrow Services Location: The post will be based at EACH Harrow but will be required to work off- site, remotely and any of EACH s offices based on the needs of the service. Team Lead Harrow Housing Related Support EACH s Harrow Housing Related Support Service incorporates a Housing First service with both generic and specialist floating support. The combined service supports promotes tenancy sustainment and prevents homelessness. Housing First is particularly targeted at rough sleepers with complex needs and those who have not sustained temporary or supported accommodation in the past. Our Floating Support Service offers housing related support to all, between 18-64, who may require it with specialist support for those with a history of substance misuse or offending.
