We re partnering with a well-established manufacturer in East Sussex, recently backed by private equity investment, to find a commercially minded Finance Manager to join their leadership team. The Role: This is a broad and influential position where you ll take full ownership of the financial function and play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy. You ll lead everything from day-to-day finance operations to forward-looking analysis and reporting, all while working closely with operational teams across the business.
