Morgan Hunt have partnered with an established charity who are seeking to recruit an Employability Tutor in Nuneaton. This is a full time permanent role working on site 5 days per week. The salary for this role is paying £27,000. The primary function of this role is to deliver Employability programmes whilst embedding Functional Skills to post 16 learners. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in teaching Employability programmes to post 16 learners.The Employability Tutor will be responsible for: designing, planning and delivering interactive lessons to learners studying Employability qualificationscontributing to the course review process, curriculum development and quality assurance in line with the organisations policies and proceduresensuring learners documentation is correct completed to ensure eligibility for fundingattending regular meetings with the quality team The Employability Tutor will need to hold: a Level 3 (or above) qualification in any vocational subjecta Level 3 (or above) teaching qualification or assessing qualificationprevious experience in teaching learners aged between 11-16 or 16-18 on either Traineeship, Employability Skills or Study Programme courses In return the Employability Tutor will receive: An annual salary of £27,00030 days annual leave plus bank holidaysLife insuranceExcellent opportunity for development and progression If you match the above criteria and would like to work with a leading charity that enhances lives ..... full job details .....
