As our online business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused E-commerce Executive to join our team and help maximise online sales, improve the customer journey and develop our digital presence.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring our products are presented accurately and attractively online, identifying opportunities to increase sales and helping deliver an excellent customer experience from browsing through to purchase.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company website and online shop.
• Add, update and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, prices and specifications on Amazon, Ebay, Facebook etc-
• Ensure all product information is accurate, clear and engaging.
• Manage product categories, collections, filters and website navigation.
• Monitor website performance, sales and conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to increase online sales and average order value.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts and seasonal offers.
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to support online campaigns.
• Assist with new product launches and ensure products are available online promptly.
• Carry out regular website checks to identify errors, broken links or outdated information.
• Improve the online customer journey and website usability.
• Monitor competitor websites, pricing and product ranges.
• Carry out basic SEO and optimise product pages for search engines.
• Use website and sales analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Produce regular reports on website traffic, sales and e-commerce performance.
• Work with the fulfilment and customer service teams to resolve online customer issues.
• Support email marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
• Help develop strategies to grow online revenue across our digital channels.
