We are working with a property company with offices in Castleford who are seeking a temporary administrator to join this small but busy team environment. This role will initially be for a 4-6month period and could lead to a permanent opportunity. Working between the hours of 8-5, this busy admin role will involve;

• Processing high volume of invoices
• Updating trackers
• Managing completion of works
• Working across teams to gather information
• Receipting of invoices
• Printing of documents
• General administration support

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced setting, this role will be office based for the first month but will become hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The successful candidate will have;

• Minimum of 1 year''s administration experience
• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
• Strong MS Office skills including Word & Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Calm under pressure
• Able to work in a reactive setting
