This is a next-gen programme already underway, moving toward AWS-hosted, event-driven microservices - and they now need a strong Head of Engineering to bring structure, standards and momentum across the whole function.The roleYou''ll be leading an engineering organisation of around 20+ engineers.Your focus will be to:Take ownership of engineering quality, delivery and best practice across teamsBring consistency to how squads operate (process, tooling, standards, CI/CD)Drive the architectural shift from monolith to service-based microservices on AWSThis is a hands-on leadership role - not coding every day, but close to the tech, the people and the outcomes.
