With a long-standing reputation for exceptional customer service and employee development, they continue to grow and invest in their people.Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager to join their team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities across the Central region.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, meeting customers face-to-face and developing long-term business relationships.The RoleWorking closely with the wider sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and customer engagement.You will build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, identify customer requirements, prepare quotations and progress sales opportunities.
