This role is pivotal in supporting a major global compliance programme focused on risk data aggregation and reporting standards (BCBS239). Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops and meetings to gather and document business requirements.Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for initiatives.Manage solution plans, prioritisation, and progress tracking.Produce clear, version-controlled documentation and governance papers.Collaborate with data teams, engineers, and product managers.Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank requirements. Essential SkillsStrong experience in financial services.Expertise in data management, governance, analytics, and quality.End-to-end business analysis experience.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Advanced stakeholder management.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office Suite.Experience with BCBS239 programmesDesirable:Familiarity with frameworks like DAMA/DCAM.Knowledge of data management tools and SDLC.
